Temple Visit - Melakadambur - Sivan Kovil - 10 Aug 2016

Melakadambur temple was built by Kulothunga  Chola 1 (Later Cholas). The chariot driven architecture is a Chola standard. This temple and place come in Ponniyin Selvan novel. The dancing Shiva form is different and amazing. About 30 kms from Jayankondam.

Got to smell a nannari ver (root) - with which they make a sarbat (drink).
